Get to Red Rocks early and relax. It always takes longer than expected to urge to Red Rocks. Don’t forget to eat: This sounds like the most simple-minded thing to inform people, but people forget to eat all the time.

Drink a sufficient amount of water: Red Rocks has an elevation of 6,500 feet. Between the altitude and therefore the alcohol, the concert-goers party so hard within the lot that they don’t even make it to the show. Stay hydrated.

If you’re doing it right, you’ve gotten to the Red Rocks parking zone when the sun remains pretty hot. Placed on some sun block, and luxuriate in your beers under your canopy. You can also find auto repair shop in case you need it. 

Clean up after yourself. Red Rocks isn’t just a concert venue. It’s a gorgeous recreational park, and that we want to go away it that way. Don’t trash the parking zone. 

Give yourself enough time. The walk to the entrances at Red Rocks can take a while, so don’t forget to grab a chilly one for the trek and therefore the line. If you parked during a lower lot, you’ll probably be periodically breaking to catch your breath. It knows pack a sandwich or something plentiful to dine in the show – especially if you get in early to ascertain the opening bands (which you should). Plus, the food inside is pretty pricey, and you’ll waste tons of your time standing in line. You can grab a beer from the local vendors that walk right by your seat, so do not forget to bring cash!
